My complaint:
Purchased 2 plants that arrived with soil all over the plants themselves had brown yellow leaves, look like they were pruned with kitchen scissors, nothing like on website. The website offers customers replacement or refund if the items don’t arrive in perfect condition, however when tryingto contact the company they ignore all emails and messages on social media platforms.

Replacement or refund of the items
