Suttons Seeds complaint: Seeds

My complaint:

I bought 2 packets of tithonia seeds one was a orange daisy the other was red, but both packets are orange I have tried twice but they still produce orange flowers.

Suggested solution:

Replace the seeds that do produce red flowers.
