My complaint:

I have sent an email weeks ago never got reply about
Most of my plants were dead also still waiting for another delivery which is at least a month overdue
Tried to phone Customer Services spent 15 mins on phone trying to get through gave up in the end now trying this method
I must say I don’t hold much hope in getting a reply

Suggested solution:

Return all my money as plants that I received have all died and never received the others
Also your options of adding photos doesn’t work
Also tried to take a photo using your camera on this button
It doesn’t work iether
Very upset
