My complaint:
I made an order for 2 x sets of plug plants early on in May. One for myself and one for my mother. The 2 x £4.99 was taken from my account on 12th May but the plants didn’t arrive. I got 2 emails telling me they would now arrive by 27th May but they didn’t. I tried to ring and complain but no one answered, and I sent a message via the form on the Sutton’s website. My parents plants eventually arrived on 5th June but mine still haven’t came.
Suggested solution:
I’d like my plants please. The ones that were coming to me were for 9 High Road Prospect Whitehaven Cumbria CA28 9AF
