My complaint:
Received two hanging baskets after waiting for almost three weeks. The packaging was excellent but the hanging baskets were disgraceful…battered, extremely scrawny and some of the plants completely dead. I am too embarrassed to hang them! A note inside the box stated that one basket was unavailable and was replaced with fuchsia trailing mix, but I received something entirely different. I have emailed a complaint to Suttons but no reply as yet. Dreadful customer service, I telephoned twice to find out when the baskets would be delivered and twice I was told they were being packaged when they were obviously not.
Suggested solution:
I require replacements or a complete refund.
