Ordered jasmine 30.4.20 not delivered to date. No responses to my emails, complaints or queries or refund request. New delivery date you have decided on is August 2020- 4 months later.
I need the plant delivered by Saturday or a full refund and an apology. A voucher should also be included due to the distress you have caused.
