My complaint:

I have been asking for a statement or an invoice of my payment made in August 2021 as proof to my work place for over a week, I have called, emailed and spoke to a supervisor with no luck. This is one of the most disturbing, unpleasant and unprofessional businesses I have ever dealt with. To tell you it’s an exaggeration is an understatement because I have been having this problem every month since April.

Suggested solution:

I need a statement with my name and address and last payment made.
