My complaint:

Supersonic had vuma install a fibre line in on the 27th August it was active as from the 28th which is all good but I have not yet received my router which was promised to me! I suppose I will be getting charged from the active line which I can’t use without a router? Highly disappointed in the service from supersonic!!! What can I do as it takes forever trying to get through and if you lucky enough to get through to someone all they do is give empty promises or cut you off!!!!!!!!!!

I WANT MY ROUTER WHICH IS PART OF THE PACKAGE!!!!!!!!
