Complaint: Breach of contract incompetence and potential theft

My complaint:

Supersonic accounts department has failed to credit my account with payments exceeding R6000. I have phoned and emailed on numerous occasions and despite promises , nothing is done to rectify my account. Written complaints are responded to by a BOT response. I am at my wits end with these people. The fiber service has been suspended for about 2 months and I cannot get any support or sense from the directed channels.

Suggested solution:

Immediately credit my subs account. Proof of payment has been sent on payment and subsequently
Immediately reinstate my service and credit my with any charges made while the service was suspended.
