Supersonic Fibre complaint: 6 Days of no service and absolutely no use calling Supersonic

My complaint:

The morning of Feb 20th our internet was down, so we called Supersonic and logged the problem. Monday we were still down, so we called again and it got escalated. Since then NOBODY can give us a straight answer as to when we will be online again. We have been calling every single day to no avail. The agents only pull up their shoulders and with sorry’s… we have asked to speak to a supervisor on numerous occasions and EVERY SINGLE TIME there is not even one available. The agents then promise to get one to call us back but it never happens. I will never ever recommend Supersonic to anyone anywhere. I have lost a whole weeks work already and supersonic cannot even return a call. Every single time is the same story. We have called Vodacom and according to their technical department it should only take 2 days after the complaint is logged. We are on day 6!!!
