My complaint:
We have moved into a new property and contacted Supersonic to assist with fiber internet All the necessary cables have already existed before we moved in. When we contacted Supersonic we asked if they were able to urgently assist us as we work from home and we are on a no-work, no-pay basis. We were advised that our request would be marked as urgent and would take approx 7 to 14 days. Well that’s as far as it’s got! Calls to Supersonic are unbearable and if you call them from a cell phone you will run out of airtime because their service is disgusting! We sat on the phone today for 1 HOUR AND THEN WE WERE CUT OFF! Ridiculous! We used the whatsapp number and the matter was referred to Catherine. Clearly Catherine is not aware that it has been referred to her as once again NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. Is there any CUSTOMER SERVICE at Supersonic? CLEARLY NOT and we have now cancelled our request for fibre as if this is what it takes to get the fiber can you imagine if there is a problem? We don’t want to deal with this company and need ation of cancellation. The order was placed on the 19th of May 2021. On the 31st of May we were advised it was DAY 12. It is now the 9th of June. Clearly they CANNOT COUNT!
Suggested solution:
They can't get it right to provide the fibre as promised so they will be unable to resolve my complaint! we cannot deal with such incompetence. We want ation that they have cancelled the order and we will go elsewhere.
