Supersonic Fibre complaint: No internetconnection, no support

My complaint:

I’ve been sitting withou internet for almost a week. Phoned a few times and each time I have to start from the bottom. Each time they say they will give me a call back which they don’t and they also ed the case has been escalated, but when I phone again there is no record of my case. After resetting the router on their instruction, it reset back to factory settings and now there is no internet connection at all.

Suggested solution:

Someone should call me and go throug setting up the router again with them as my ISP.
