My complaint:

I was struggling to make the monthly billing payment at pocknpay. So I end up calling the super sonic castomer help line, so they can check for me what’s the problem, so they told my has increased that’s why it’s not allowing me to make payment, of which I was not informed that it has changed. Then from there I called again and spoke to the lady called fhatuwani Mudau, who said the account number that I have been trying to pay with its not correct, then she gave me another account number, that I must make payment with, I used the account number, then the payment was successful. When I get home, I found my Wi-Fi still not working, I called again to the help line, then I spoke to the lady called Amanda Cindy who checked for me, so she found out that, the account I was givinen was someone else, she asked for the proof of payment.

Then I emailed her the proof and said she will send it to the service provider. Then she said, she will get back to me, she did so by sending the email. So the problem appeared on the 211022. Even the payment was made on the same day. So now I am not getting any feed back, what’s happening regarding my problem, that time I made payment with the account, which I was given by the people who are actually working for super sonic and my connection at is suspend at home and WiFi is used by my kids for their schol work and we can’t even watch our TV programs, but I have paid for the service. I am really not happy about all of this honestly.

Suggested solution:

They must see to it, that my problem is solved and communicate with me, if they are managing to help or not. Unlike keeping quit and expect me to contact them, when you don\'t make payment, they cut your service same time. Then they must solve my problem same way.
