My complaint:

Tgis has been the second month that i have to wait on supersonic to activate my account.i have never had a problem and was so impressed with supersonic untill last month when it took supersonic two weeks to assist me with my wifi,then i had to wait 7 days for activation to be done. This month i did my payment on the new account and still waiting for my account to br activated. I dont know why it has to take more than 24hours

Suggested solution:

To make sure my account is activated and allow payments and wifi continue as normal
