My complaint:
I’ve been calling and WhatsApp every single day for the past 3 weeks to get my connection activated. Vodacom has been at my residence 3 times and showed us that the line is not the problem. Technician from Supersonic could not get router activated the 1st time…so another came and managed to get it work for a few hours only. We’ve had internet for a few hours after weeks of emails and calls. Today 01st April it’s still off since the 30th March. Sadly the service at Supersonic has cost me endless amounts of money wasted on calls where I’m placed on hold for more then 20min with no communication thereafter. I’ve never seen or experienced such poor customer service
Suggested solution:
By sending a technician out instead of calls up and down
