My complaint:

Please follow up on suspended account s4204, I have been requesting and calling for the past 4 days to know avail or satisfaction. I would like to make a payment towards the account but am unable to afford the R3323, 00 (as per your agents and records) once off and would like to make a 60% payment or arrangement to settle by June 30 2022. I need to be connected in order to make income to pay you!!!

Suggested solution:

I would like to make a 60% payment arrangement in order to be re-connected and will undertake to settle by 30 June in full. I have now lost out on 4 days of work and income and am becoming frustrated with the poor service from supersonic in this regard. Should this matter not be sorted as a matter of urgency, I would like for the account to be cancelled so I may continue making a living with a different service provider.
