My complaint:

I had an LTE modem with supersonic and then decided to get fibre for work purposes.
I had the fiber router installed and the LTE router collected by Supersonic.
I sent a cancellation email to them for my LTE but it was not cancelled and I was being debited for the LTE which I had not been using.

I called them every month to follow up on this but no one could actually assist me. I was been told that I would be given a call back for feedback to be given to me as they where investigating but that wouldn’t materialize. They then debited around R5000 from my account which I reversed saying that I owe them. Please give us a break from your terrible services and just let me terminate your services, of which I have to pay R3500 as this falls before 24 months which I was assured is not the case when signing up for fiber

Suggested solution:

Refund my money and let me cancel without a penalty.
