My complaint:

My line speed was down from 1gig download 200 mb upload to 200-300 mb download since july 18 2022. Supersonic blame vumatel for the fault but vumatel showed with test that Supersonic was at mistake. Ryan and Jade from supersonic handle the case but as far as today 29 AUGUST 2022 the problem is not resolved. the ticket no is isp-817335. All test results was send from vumatel to supersonic and they agree that the problem is at supersonic.

Suggested solution:

if the line is not fixed in the next 24 hours i will terminated the contract with immediate effect and will not be held responsible for any cost what so ever. Supersonic is breaching the contract for not giving service im paying for.
