My complaint:

I changed from land fibre to air fibre because it was cheaper. I had endless problems with air fibre and decided to go back to land fibre after two months. Supersonic agreed and connected me back to the land fibre. I now have to pay a penalty of R3800m00 claw back fees because I did not complete the two year contract. There was no agreement for a two year contract at the onset. A technician came to my home and removed the air fibre components and wired me up gor land fibre. The technician took the air gibre components and left. The air fibre components is now missing and Supersonic is holding me responsible for the cost of the air fibre components which is R8000.00. Please advise as to how I can resolve this.

Suggested solution:

They must waiver the claw back fee because there was no contract agreement. Supersonic must take responsibility for the air fibre components and not me
