My complaint:

Thank you for providing us with such a platform to express our unhappiness and disgusting services that is provided by some of the staff members of MTN Supersonic
We had a problem with our fibre from the 02 March 2023 round about 11h00 in the morning and it happened during the time where my son was attending his online lectures .I was informed of the problem later in the afternoon that day and i immidiately logged a call but i was told its a bit late they might attend to my querry the following day. I made a follow up the following day in the morning and i was told they will come as they are too busy and my querry was only attendant on Suturday morning
My son has lost a full day on friday because he attend most of his classes online .I had to but data for him in order to be online
Now when the technician finally came to my house on Suturday morning to check and investigate what is the problem,they spent 15 to 20 minutes on my premises and later told my son that other people are coming to check what is the problem.After that nobody came but to my suprise when i make a follow up i was told about the cable that i need to replaced which has been damaged then my first question is what damaged the cable underground and morever i had to building project nor digging on the ground happening around the area where the cable is located .I asked to be transferred to the Supervisor who promised to investigate and revert back to me..Until now i did not get any feedback
I’m completely unhappy about the manner in which my case was handled
I feel as the customer that MTN Supersonic is taking advantage over me

Suggested solution:

To fix my fibre with immidiate effect as i pay them on monlthly basis
