Supersonic Fibre complaint: Application for Fibre still not resolved

My complaint:

I’m currently with Supersonic on the FLTE option. Two weeks ago I applied for Fibre. I was asked to upload proof of Address my ID which I don’t understand why it is required if I’m already. I tried to Login to upload these documents but it says that my Username is password is wrong. I tried to change the password and still it don’t work.I’ve phoned supersonic to help but they just keep telling me they will follow up with the project team and phone me back but I get no calls back.

The last person i spoke to asked me to send my documents and Proof of the upfront payment then she can fix it, but after I told her I already paid for the LTE for October I don’t see why I need to pay for the Fibre for October also, she also said she will call me back.

Suggested solution:

I just need help to get my Fibre installed.
