My complaint:

Oh I wonder if I am waistline my time filing this complain like it is so exhausting just buy reading all these complaints to say the least. I am fairly new here less than a month, this is 3rd week with this service provider. The first 2 weeks everything seemed normal with just disconnections during loadshedding and restoration would take around 10 minutes or less all good until the begginging of the 3rd week Oh my God it is now day 8 and I am on that useless WhatsApp chat everyday 3 times a day..

If I had any connection it is between late morning and early afternoon thereafter it is that red light till the next morning because no one is available to answer the call and you will just be hanging on that WhatsApp chat until you give up. Now this is a service I am paying for but not enjoying the fruits of my hard earned money.. they are scanners and I want nothing to do with them I have had enough I really need my peace. I want this cancelled with immediate effect. Pathetic service indeed

They must just cancel this and come disconnect their things at my house
