Supersonic Fibre complaint: Service still not working

My complaint:

On the 14th of June I received a call from 1 of Supersonic agent for the installation of Fibre on the 18 a technician by the name of Lebohang was send to do the installation which he did I was told that my service will be active the same day which it never happened.

I called the call center the same day and I was told it’s not activated but they will send a request to Vumatel to activate it which still it wasn’t I kept on calling still I was told the same thing.

Then I saw vumatel sales people on the street I stopped and told them my problem the lady asked me if I paid and I told her no and she took my number and she came back to me with the reference that I need to use when I make a payment which I received an email from Vuma to make a payment then I did pay through supafast on the 26th of June.
I received several calls and mails after the payment they kept on telling me that they will be sending a technician to come and install I told them that I don’t need a tech I only need my passwords and username cause the installation was done already on the 18th and payment on the 26th of June.

But the calls and mails kept on coming in about the installation even after I told them that installation is done until they became mute

Then I decided to go to Twitter on Monday 02 August 2021 but still my issue is still not resolved no one is coming back to me and today 8 August I’ve send another message on Twitter and I was told the line was deactivated due to non payment so I’ve send them a prroof of payment so they send a Twitter message saying they’ve send it to the same agent that cancelled the activation.

If by Wednesday 11August the issue is still not resolved I will be taking out this installation and the will get it Outside my yard I am sick and tired of calling the call center and they can’t seem to know what they are doing I’ll go for another service provider.

Suggested solution:

As soon as possible if not I will take it out
