My complaint:

I cancelled my Supersonic service on 24 February 2021 as they are provide the worst and most inconsistent service I have ever experienced.
I cancelled telephonically and sent the email to cancellations as per their request. I heard nothing. I followed up on 1 March, still nothing. On 11 March I received a mail stating my service will be discontinued by 31 March. They just continued and submitted another debit order for April 2021. I logged a complaint and provided all the proof. Then they claim the debit order is for March… Nonsense, their invoice at the end of Feb clearly states the services are billed for March and the debit order on 1 March is for March. They are taking chances…I have all the mail, invoices etc

Pay back my money which you stole!!
