My complaint:
On the 25th of March we had installation done on our fiber .. and we were promised a router . Ever since then no service ever since the. We phone and phone everybody makes promises and nothing is done.
And almost two months later and still no router nor any update on anything! We even tried to cancel but not even that was followed up upon …
Can not understand we can not get a new isp because we are are already active at supersonic?
