My complaint:

After numerous calls ( every day since 30 April 2021) I still can not connect to the internet. The line has be activated but still no connection to the internet.

Suggested solution:

Suggest to send a technical team out to ensure the installation was done correctly by the installers.
Secondly revert back to client to give a status update on query.
