My complaint:

I have had this service for over a year now and never had a problem however on friday i was in a meeting and suddenly my connection was cut. after hanging on the phone for over 20 minutes i was eventually told that my line had been cut due to none payment. this cannot be true as i have paid every month even if i have not received an invoice and even phoned them last month over an incorrect bill which reflected an amount much less than what i should pay. the reason this problem happened is because the invoice number or the account number did not appear on the eft payment however this clearly shows the account was paid.

Suggested solution:

i need this issue resolved ASAP because i am now without internet and i need the connection to work from home, could someone please contact me as i am happy to email any proof needed to show the payment amounts,
