My complaint:

Upon ordering my monthly subscription from supersonic, they asked me to make payment first. I received my router and sim two weeks back and eversince i received it I am still unable to use it. The internet light is still red. I called in everyday for the past two wekeks and spoke to various consultants, using my own airtime and still no help at all. Each cosultant had said something different to me , just to find out three days ago i have the wrong sim card, the one they had showed active but the number did not match the sim card i had with m. The guy in customer service said that they will Rica the sim number i gave them and the will call me in four to eight hours and that it would work the very same day (ANOTHER EMPTY PROMISE). Guess what i am still unable to use my wifi as it still has not been rica’d there is no manager available to assist, NOBODY from the rica department so what the hell is going on. I am frustrated as i am paying for something that i am unable to use for two weeks and still counting now. The service sucks and i would like to cancel rather with no cancellation fees as well as get a refund as for the past two weeks i was unable to use my router from the time i received it. i am very unhappy and frustrated. I spoke to Sanelisiwe, Andile and Thandoxolo. The other consultants did not even bother making notes on the sytem so unfortunately i cannot name them. I am disgusted with the service i received from Supersonic and their consultants as it seems like nobody knows what to do and they live off empty promises, I will not reccomend them to anybody. Two weeks of being patient and understanding and yet no help from them, INSTEAD I FIND MYSELF PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT I AM UNABLE TO USE!!!!!!!!!!!

Suggested solution:

Rica my sim as they sent me the wrong sim card number so the number on their system does not corrosponde with the sim card number i have with me.
