My complaint:

I have a WS5300 router it 8s n9t connecting to the internet i have been making calls every single day for someone to come to my house to fix the router. No response the call centre agent drops the call if they dont have an answer. I need someone to urgently come and sort out my router. Th9s is umacceptable they are quick to suspend service but to get service from thembis a nightmare.

Suggested solution:

They need to come to my house abs see what the problem is as not even the technitians knows how to fix the problem.
