My complaint:
I placed an order with Supersonic, but when they said they’re unable to install earlier, I cancelled the order on 22 June so I could contact to another ISP. They still haven’t released my line, even though there was no installation. I keep phoning and emailing, but I get no joy. Please release my line!
Suggested solution:
Release my line so I can join another ISP. I have no connectivity now because of Supersonic
