My complaint:

I have been calling supersonic agents to help me resolve my query,due to looting I couldn’t pay at pnp so I opted for a change of payment method instead of that they canceled my account.i want them to come collect their router I’ll connect with another ISP

Suggested solution:

Cancel my account so I can move on to another ISP
