My complaint:
Myself and my family were discriminated against by the hotels management and another patron at this hotel because we have a pet dog which is also an ESA pet. My family member is partially disabled and I am a veteran of the military. They have complained that the dog barks too much and that is simply not the case. The hotel management and the rude neighbor even called the local police on us for no reason but the dog. No one from the hotel has attempted to call us or inform us or send us a letter saying there was an issue with our pet. Instead they decide to call police and whoever else to try and have our animal removed from the premises. We never spoke to that neighbor, nor have we spoken to management ourselves. We keep private.
Suggested solution:
They should fire the management and bar the other patron from that Super 8 motel permanently.
