My complaint:
Kyle Huhn, staying at Super 8 hotel paid in full for each week of stay there at an extended stay price and charged him that the quoted price and also are trying to charge him for an additional weeks charges he does not owe.
Suggested solution:
Drop the final weeks charge they are trying to gouge him with and give him his personal belongings back and reimbursement for over charges.
