My complaint:
I stayed four days…. Came back for two more…. The manager called and said I can not come back because my previous room was full of fleas. My pup was just cleared ten days ago by the vet for motel stays. He is a baby and I didn’t want to put him or other pets at risk of anything so I took him to the vet. I offered to let her check him out and see vet verification but she stated….. it’s not up for argument or discussion….. I am leaving and never returning. I spend thousands of dollars in this motel during the summer…. Not anymore…..
Suggested solution:
Tracy should not have been so rude. They should deal with her and her hot head. 100 dollars a night to be treated like crap for no reason but the weed smokers that have lit this place up for three days seem to be no issue. I just don’t understand.
