My complaint:
I’m in the lobby waiting for my uber, and the manager tells me to wait outside even though I have a room rented. I told him I have a room rented he said he doesn’t care that it’s his hotel and I have to wait outside. Mind you I didnt complain about my air conditioner working during my stay. I don’t 5hink it’s right I have to sit outside when I have a room rented in my name.
Suggested solution:
Refund or extend my stay
