My complaint:
Didn’t even finish the night at this bed bug infested hotel. spotted a bug on my pillow, squished it in a tissue and took it to the office. The clerk did not even look surprised or say I’m sorry. No refund, cause I booked online. No refund with Travelocity, cause it’s 3rd party and you never get your money back on those. We got home and my husband is completely bitten up on his upper torso, neck and face! pictures are attached.
