My complaint:
I made a reservation on 053122 through ny Employer Cigna’s reward program for late June 11th and check early on June 12th. My husband had a late flight so didn’t get to Super 8 until 11:30. Reservation was paid for on 0531 for a non smoking king bed suite bed and breakfast. Awful rude guy at front desk gave our room away with no apologies and gave us a small, filthy room that smelled like weed and it was disgusting and said no breakfast and needed to remove this option from their website. False misleading for months because they had no intention of any kind of breakfast. A real piece of work. I would not let my pets stay there!!
Suggested solution:
An apology and a voucher for a stay in a decent hotel. Complete refund
