My complaint:

We would like to file a complaint against the manager of super 8 in rapid city South Dakota on Mt Rushmore road. He has let his employees steal from us and was told by the owner that he has to compensate for the tools that was stolen but he waited till owner was gone and never compensated the tools. Also when we asked for the owner number to contact him again the manager took any info of the owner and hid it and refused to give us the phone number. Also he has let illegal activity go on here and he was told about it. He turns his head and acts like he doesn’t care so he doesn’t have to deal with it. Also he has not only double charged both mine and my boyfriend debit cards when he shouldn’t have. It’s under a fake name on the statement.

We have talked to a accountant and they said that it is definitely suspicious and it’s was looked into and was found out that it’s the hotel that is taking extra money and put in a separate False account. There has been many other illegal acts that goes on here such as selling narcotics and much more. The manger refues to cooperate with us. My boyfriend worked here at the motel for the manager and when he confronted the manager about wanting the owner number again the manager has been rude and kicked us out and fired my boyfriend for no reason. Both my boyfriend and i are disabled and rely on our disability for income. It’s a disgrace that the manager would take advantage of people who are disabled and kick them out and make them homeless. When my boyfriend asked for his last paycheck from the manager, manager refused to even pay him. Now i know withholding the owner info so the manager wouldn’t get in trouble is very much illegal and so is the rest of the stuff the manager has allowed here.

Suggested solution:

The manager should lose his job as manager and sent to jail for even allowing that to happen. He needs to know that just because he is the manager that he can still get in trouble for breaking the law.
