My complaint:

I have been staying here for a week today i reneved my room thru Priceline
There was unfortunately an issue and they sent it to the wrong hotel
I understand it’s important to take of your bill as sooo as possible but there was nothing I could do except try to resolve it online and thru my bank
During this time I was treated by Justin like I had done something wrong over 2 hours he relentlessly pursued me calling my room over and over while I was trying to sort it out for him. He was rolling his eyes and sighing and making me feel terrible about something I was trying to fix as fast as I could he was beyond not helpful and rude and everyone here has been lovely besides lhom I was going to continue my stay but now I feel i uncomfortable around him.
Everything got handled and I apologized once again and was still addressed with an attitude

Suggested solution:

I think I should be given a night or refunded for yesterday
