My complaint:
I booked a room with 2 beds because my husband and I were taking kids to a sporting event. Upon arrival to the hotel to check in, we were told that they had no rooms left with 2 beds. We had to take what was available because we had no extra money to go find something else and I had already paid in advance due to a tight budget. Floors in this place are disgusting, no functioning pool yet the adds will show there is one. On a good note an extra single bed was provided… that was ready for the dump ground. Very sketchy place, no plans to stay there ever again. Feel free to convince me otherwise.

Change my mind on how I feel about Super 8 Hotels.
