My complaint:
I reserved a room for August 13th -14th 2022 at Duper 8 by Wyndham in Paducah, KY. It had a very good rating and thsts why we chose it. Upon arrival I was completely shocked st how deplorable the conditions were. There were huge potholes in the parking lot, people were outside painting , there was trash piled in severs areas and the office door was wide open with no one around. Because, the hotel was so disgusting we had to cancel our reservation and I found another hotel by Wyndham to stay in. We were so upset when we found out that we were being charged for canceling our stay there.
Suggested solution:
We should be refunded our the money that was charged for canceling our reservation.
