My complaint:

We reserved two rooms for the week and each day our card reader to enter our rooms did not work. We had to go down to the lobby each day to get a new card. One of our rooms they had to replace the batteries for the door. Just a hassle the whole week.

Suggested solution:

There was not much they could do. Just issuing us a new card was the only result.
