Super 8 Motels complaint: Booked through priceline and also charged through super 8

My complaint:

I reserved my room for Dec 29, through Dec 30th thru priceline witch all was fine. While getting booked in I was asked to swipe my card again figuring for security purposes I willing did so then notification came on my banking app that I was charged again a cost of 79 dollars. Was told it would be reimbursed. Well I still haven’t received reembersment it is now Jan 1 2020 as of yesterday I am now late on my car payment witch is my first payment on a new loan. This is going to affect my credit and bank relationship. I am obviously upset and havnnt gotten as much as a apology.

Suggested solution:

I feel other than full reinbersment soon I hope. I should receive some kind of money or hotel stay for my inconvenience and unnecessary credit violations I'm going to incure. It's very unfair since now I had to borrow in order to pay my car payment.
