My complaint:
I was told I was only allowed to have four registered guests in my room however nowhere in the paper you signed nor anywhere is it posted in the room or in the lobby how many people you are allowed to have in your room I was in town and had family visit they called the local police department and asked me to be removed when asked why I was being removed they said they could remove anybody for any reason did not have to specify the reason when told I want my refund they said they would give me a decision and never did and I was never given a refund when they have taken over $400 from me and my family for 2 days stay
Suggested solution:
I want a refund for the day I didn't stay there
