Super 8 Motels complaint: Marijuana, refund inappropriate responses from clerk

My complaint:

First if this requires my paying anything for your you know l will move on.
When l arrived in check in. My Niece went to check my room. She reported a thick wall of Marijuana smoke next to my room. I went back to the desk clerk and asked for a refund. He said l stayed after 15 minutes and l was not entitled to a refund. He pointed to a window next to his booth and in between a bunch of other postings on the wall that said no refund after 15minutes. It was clearly place in such a way that the guest could not possibly see it unless pointed out. When l made my reservation’s l was not informed of this 15 min rule. I was told there would be free breakfast. But due the pandemic. The pandemic has been around for 2 years and not one person could think to say breakfast may not serve: here are some other locations? Finally l was given a receipt for 553.03 after checking in. When l made my reservation’s l paid $876. The breakdown that l got for Motel 8 was l was due back $642. A discrepancy of about $109. What is the law on refunds and leaving the motel due illegal activities and the motel putting my health at risk due to the clerk apparently condoning the use of Marijuana on Motel 8’s property?

Suggested solution:

They should give me back my money in all of it’s entirety.
