My complaint:
Our room was not cleaned, the pillows were obviously used and very dirty. 2 of the lights in the room didn’t turn on and one was blinking instead of turning on. There were people smashing things and screaming in the room next to us all night.
Suggested solution:
Send a hygiene check to this hotel.
