My complaint:
Very unprofessional and rude manager of this store ! Lying and promising something than saying that he doesn’t remember… while assured that he will send me a email …
As soon as I left the store he start to talking to the other clients a bad things about me. I asked him what is his name and he said as a store manager: “ is not your business “
He has no idea about his responsibilities and should be fired asap cause no classes or any training will not teach him to respect others or how to not lying!
Suggested solution:
Fire him cause he doesn’t not have the skills to be a manager of any store .
He should not be around customers !
