My complaint:
I walked into the Sunglass hut at Miracle Mile shopping center. The associate Arlene grimaced when she saw me and within 5 minutes asked me to leave the store whilst I was browsing.
I was shocked. I asked her why – she said just get out of the store very rudely.
Was it because of the way I was dressed or the color of my skin? Not sure. I pose no threat. I am 64 years old but would like to know why I was treated this way.
