My complaint:
On Tuesday the 13th of December I attended the Burnside village shopping Centre sunglasses hut to to enquire and possibly purchase a set of Versace sunglasses and maybe a present for my fiance and was rudely spoken to and asked to leave the store for no apparent reason when speaking to security about this later he said that the salesperson believed I was involved in a shoplifting incident that had occurred moments before I had arrived at the shop I believe this is a very insincere and paranoid gesture as I had nothing to do with it and put me on show embarrassing me in front of people and downgrading me for my personal preference of image after leaving work I did look shabby but my dimino was in no way that of a thief or someone that had deserve to be treated in such a manner I’m absolutely disgusted in how is treated and I believe some sort of action should be taken against this worker he was a young male with dyed curly hair stuck up attitude and a rather odd sense of style himself if I might stay so but I did not at the time I just thought I would make this comment as he made a derogatory remarks towards myself
Suggested solution:
I have been a customer of sunglasses hut for at least 12 years bye my first set when I was only 16 years old no matter my appearance I should not be treated in such a manner and judged because he had a lack of judgement upon another shopper I would appreciate any form of reconciling and or gesture
