My complaint:
you have an employee that had the worst customer service i have ever encountered. I tried on sunglasses on fri. 9922 and tried on many pair. no problem. when i went today to adjust my wifes glasses( spent over 300.00 dollars) while there a young hispanic man approached me while I was waiting and trying other glasses. He asked that if I touched the glasses to put them in a special box afterward.( not done the many we tried on fri. I asked if it was because of germs. he said it was. SInce we did not do that on the day before, I said in soft kind voice oh that’s strange He said if you don’t like it you can exit the store. I asked him to repeat that, then got angry.

that employee should be fired. I have worked in the customer service industry for 40 years and have authored many paper for some of the largest casinos in the world. The treatment I recieved in your store in the westfield mall in Palm desert CA should warrent this ( In my experience).
